We have a simplified pricing process. For longer distances you will get a simplified quote but for removals within Dimple, we charge a reasonable day rate.
Distance isn’t the main deciding factor when giving quotes to our customers though as we consider other factors such as access, packing, manpower needed and type of vans.

What van sizes do you have at Dimple removals?
After a survey of your home, we will then settle on a van size for you. We know exactly the right van size for you as we are fully experienced in the removals process. Customers with property we haven’t surveyed, have to provide detailed information for us to work out the size of van to be used.
Are you equipped to handle weekend Dimple removals?
There is no limit to the days and times when we work but we may charge a slight addition to reflect removals on certain days.

What is your policy on dismantling and reassembling bed and wardrobe?
Unless we were notified about the dismantling ahead of time, we expect to have beds, wardrobes and other similar items already dismantled before we arrive. Completed dismantling helps us focus on just the removals process and reduces stress for all parties. We know dismantling takes time but we are always ready to undertake it as long as it was included in the initial discussions.
Should I unpack my chest of drawers?
For us to carry your chest of drawers, it must be easy to move and within a reasonable weight. Drawers of the self-assembly variety are however, not designed to be moved when fully loaded.
How does your company handle gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
Here at Dimple Removals, we don’t handle gas cylinders and other flammable liquids. Our insurance cover does not include these items so you will need to make alternate arrangements. It is also important to drain items that run on petrol ahead of time.
Will I get my wish with furniture placements from Dimple Removals?
We won’t dump your furniture without adequate placement but you have to be co-operative. It is therefore vital that you already have permanent spots for bits of furniture before the move.
What about Dimple Removals storage containers?
From to 20 cubic metres, we offer flexibility with our storage containers. For the average house, you will need the 20 cubic metre storage unit.
How long can I store items with Dimple Removals?
From months to years, there is no deadline on how long our units can be booked for.
Are there items that cannot be stored?
Weapons, gas cylinders and flammable liquids and all other hazardous items can’t be stored in our units.
