We require all items to be dismantled well ahead of time except in situations where we were already notified about dismantling. This is to save time, avoid stress and damage to items. Efficiency is vital for us which is why we are only happy to undertake dismantling if we were notified ahead of time.
Should I unpack my drawers before you arrive?
We only carry loaded chest of drawers that are strong enough to be moved and are not too heavy. If you own a self-assembly drawer, however, they are not designed to be moved when fully loaded.
How will you handle my gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
Here at Grange Removals, we don’t handle gas cylinders and other flammable liquids. We don’t handle this because our insurance policy doesn’t cover this so please make other arrangements. Items that run on petrol like strimmers and mowers must be drained of fuel well ahead of time.
Will Grange Removals place my furniture exactly where I requested?
We are able to place your furniture at designated spots once, we won’t accept rearrangement requests. Settle down and craft a plan for furniture placement, clearly marking out what goes where in order to avoid need for rearrangement requests.
