How will you dismantle and reassemble my bed and wardrobe?
Except in situations where we have already discussed dismantling with you, you need to have all items that will require dismantling already done. Dismantling ahead of time is the perfect way to save time and energy on the project. The dismantling process is time consuming but we are able to do it as long as it was agreed initially.
Should I unpack my drawers before you arrive?
If your chest of drawers is strong enough to be moved loaded and the weight when fully loaded is reasonable, you don’t need to unpack. Most self-assembly drawers, however, are not designed to be moved.
What is your policy on gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
Gas cylinders, flammable liquids and all other similar hazardous materials cannot be moved using our vehicles. Our insurance cover does not include these items so you will need to make alternate arrangements. Items that run on petrol like mowers should be drained ahead of time.
How do you handle furniture placements at Tang Removals?
We are able to place your furniture at designated spots once, we won’t accept rearrangement requests. It is therefore best to have a clear plan for furniture placements long before we are invited.
