We don’t undertake dismantling on the day of the move unless we were notified about it well ahead of time. Can you carry my chest of drawers as is or do I need to unpack?
We can take your chest of drawers as long as it is strong enough to be fully moved and isn’t too heavy. Most self-assembly drawers, however, are not designed to be moved.
How will you handle my gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
We don’t move hazardous or flammable items, including gas cylinders here at Removals Goats. Our insurance cover does not include these items so you will need to make alternate arrangements. We will also request for items that run on petrol to be drained well ahead of time.
Will Goats Removals place my furniture exactly where I requested?
We are able to place your furniture at designated spots once, we won’t accept rearrangement requests. This is why we usually advice our customers to settle furniture placement plans well ahead of time.
