We have a simplified pricing process. We have an affordable and reasonable day rate for all Sale removals but you will need to request a quote for longer distances. We don’t base our quotes only on distance, however, as factors such as number of staff, access and packing are taken into consideration before giving you a quote.

The size of the van you will get is dependent on a survey of your home. We know exactly the right van size for you as we are fully experienced in the removals process. Where we haven’t carried out a survey, we will trust the customer to provide us with information that will help us make a decision.

There is no limit to the days and times when we work but we may charge a slight addition to reflect removals on certain days.

Will you help with the dismantling and reassembling of my wardrobe?
Unless we were notified about the dismantling ahead of time, we expect to have beds, wardrobes and other similar items already dismantled before we arrive. Dismantling ahead of time is the perfect way to save time and energy on the project. Although dismantling takes time, we are more than happy to help you do it as long as you notify us ahead of time.
Should I unpack my chest of drawers?
If your chest of drawers is strong enough to be moved loaded and the weight when fully loaded is reasonable, you don’t need to unpack. Please note, however, that standard self-assembly drawers are not designed to be moved.
How does your company handle gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
At Removals Sale, we don’t handle hazardous or flammable items including gas cylinders. We don’t handle this because our insurance policy doesn’t cover this so please make other arrangements. We will also request for items that run on petrol to be drained well ahead of time.
How will Sale Removals deal with placing furniture?
We can place your furniture items exactly where you want them to be as long as you don’t request for a rearrangement mid process. It is therefore best to have a clear plan for furniture placements long before we are invited.
What is the size of Sale Removals storage containers?
We have between and 20 cubic metre containers for your storage needs. For the average house, you will need the 20 cubic metre storage unit.
Is there a deadline on Sale Removals storage unit use?
A storage unit can be booked for either one month or as long as is required, we have some clients that have had storage units for years.
