This is to save time, avoid stress and damage to items. We know dismantling takes time but we are always ready to undertake it as long as it was included in the initial discussions.
Should I unpack my drawers before you arrive?
For us to carry your chest of drawers, it must be easy to move and within a reasonable weight. If the drawer is self-assembly, however, it is not designed to be moved when loaded.
What is your policy on gas cylinders and flammable liquids?
At Home Moves and Removals Infirmary, we don’t handle hazardous or flammable items including gas cylinders. We don’t handle this because our insurance policy doesn’t cover this so please make other arrangements. We will also request for items that run on petrol to be drained well ahead of time.
Will I get my wish with furniture placements from Infirmary Removals?
We won’t dump your furniture without adequate placement but you have to be co-operative. This is why you need to plan ahead of time on where each piece of furniture will go.
What about Infirmary Removals storage containers?
You can find storage containers of up to 20 cubic metres. You will need our 20 cubic metre unit for the average house.
